We specialise in sourcing and securing land, often off-market, through direct purchase or option agreements. This enables us to achieve optimal planning consents for known buyers. Our strength lies in identifying prime sites, unlocking their full potential, and facilitating onward sales that maximise value for all parties involved.
Land Facilitating
Acting as a strategic partner, we introduce sites and schemes that align with the specific needs of developers, investors, or occupiers. Tim Holder
Forty years spent as an architect advising clients in the private sector on generating best value solutions stood Tim in good stead when he retired as chairman of Holder Mathias in 2004.
Having established offices internationally, Tim has built a wealth of experience in the property world in delivering sites with all different levels of complexity.
Jamie Holder
Jamie joined the family business in 2005. Two generations of contacts and ideas have merged well. Jamie is experienced in identifying sites with potential and calculating the optimum development solution.
Over recent years Jamie has delivered various residential and commercial developments with success from the early stages of planning to seeing through the development on site.
